We also are looking for a part-time driver and furniture mover to assist in our In-Kind donation center.

DRIVER/IN-KIND DONATION ASSISTANT - Part time position (15 hours/week) in Albuquerque.  Person selected will be responsible for the pick-up & delivery of donated items. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, NM Driver’s License, a clean driving record, ability to drive and maintain a medium size loading truck with 1-2 years of driving experience, ability to lift heavy furniture, good decision-making skills, as well as oral and written communication skills in English.  Bilingual. DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE OF WORSHIP AND SACRAMENTAL FORMATION

The Archdiocese of Baltimore is in search of a Director of the Office of Worship and Sacramental Formation.  The Director will serve as a resource to the Archbishop and to diocesan and parish leadership in ensuring that the New Evangelization is the lens through which worship and sacramental formation is viewed.  Additional responsibilities include organizing, planning, and directing archdiocesan liturgies; as well as providing formation and resources on liturgical formation.  The Director is responsible for working with parishes to provide sacramental catechesis for Baptism, Confirmation, Eucharist, Reconciliation, and Anointing of the Sick.  He or she is responsible for resourcing parish leadership on the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults.  The Director also works to foster participation of the faithful in the Liturgy of the Hours.
The best qualified candidate will possess:  a graduate degree in theology or a related field; at least 5 years of successful experience in parish sacramental formation and liturgical ministry; experience of collaboration with Catholic schools preferred, and a working knowledge of Spanish.
In addition, the successful candidate should be a person of visible and demonstrated faith in the Catholic tradition, have knowledge and understanding of the Church’s liturgical documents, and have experience in and understanding of sacramental, mystagogical, and liturgical catechesis as well as RCIA.

DIRECTOR OF MARRIAGE AND FAMILY LIFE

The Archdiocese of Baltimore, the premier see of the Roman Catholic Church in the United States, is seeking a Director of Marriage and Family Life.  The Director is responsible for developing initiatives and strategies to help parishes evangelize and catechize families, form them as domestic churches and agents of evangelization, and respond to their growing and complex pastoral needs.  The Director will actively support the efforts of the Department of Evangelization to help parishes make missionary disciples.
The Director will develop and oversee marriage preparation; serve as the trainer for the married couples who work with the engaged and ongoing care for marriage; liaison with ministries engaged in bereavement, domestic violence awareness, marriage enrichment and divorce recovery and for catechetical leaders in the Catechesis for Family Life in grade K-8.
To be considered the best qualified, candidates should possess a Master’s Degree in Theology, Religious Studies, Education or related field; and have five years’ leadership experience in marriage and family ministry.  In addition, the best candidate should have demonstrated skills in program design and implementation and be a practicing Roman Catholic.
